CNC Programming — 3, 4 & 5-Axis

Complete, machine-ready NC programs written in MasterCAM and posted to your control, with toolpath strategy chosen for cycle time and tool life — not just for "it cuts".

CAD Modeling & Reverse Engineering

No solid model? Not a problem. I build accurate working models from 2D prints, sketches, or a customer-supplied file that doesn't quite match the drawing.

Vericut Simulation & NC Verification

Every posted program is run through Vericut against the real machine, fixture and tooling before release — so collisions, overtravel and gouges get found on screen, not on your spindle.

The program is only half the job. I design the workholding that makes it repeatable and write the paperwork that lets any machinist on your floor run it the same way.

A simple four-step process that works the same whether you're across town or across the country.

Send the job

Email the print, STEP/SolidWorks file, material, quantity, and the machine and control it's going to run on. If you only have a paper drawing, that's fine — I'll model it.

Review & quote

I review manufacturability, flag anything in the print that will cause trouble, propose the op sequence and workholding, and quote a fixed scope and lead time.

Program & verify

CAD model, toolpaths, post to your control, then a full Vericut run against your machine, fixture and tool assemblies until the program is clean.

Deliver & support

You receive the NC files, tool list, fixture design, setup sheet and job traveler — plus support through first-article so the job actually runs on your floor.
