Email the print, STEP/SolidWorks file, material, quantity, and the machine and control it's going to run on. If you only have a paper drawing, that's fine — I'll model it.
I review manufacturability, flag anything in the print that will cause trouble, propose the op sequence and workholding, and quote a fixed scope and lead time.
CAD model, toolpaths, post to your control, then a full Vericut run against your machine, fixture and tool assemblies until the program is clean.
You receive the NC files, tool list, fixture design, setup sheet and job traveler — plus support through first-article so the job actually runs on your floor.
Routinely programmed to ±.0002" across aerospace work, and to ±.0001" on current 5-axis production — in titanium, hardened PH stainless and Inconel, not just aluminum.
Vericut simulation is part of the deliverable, not an upsell. Crashes cost far more than programming time, so every posted file gets proven on screen first.
